Refunds and Returns Policy

Return Eligibility:

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in their original condition: unwashed, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear, swimwear, and pierced jewelry are not eligible for return unless defective.

Return Process:

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is reviewed, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to send back your items.
  3. Packing Your Return: Securely pack the items in the original packaging, if possible. Include any paperwork, accessories, and tags that were included with your purchase.
  4. Shipping the Return: Send your return package using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an incorrect item was received.
  5. Processing Your Return: Returns are processed within 7-10 business days of receipt. Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the original purchase and return request.

Exchanges:

  • Due to inventory constraints, we cannot guarantee exchanges. We recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.

Defective or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions for returning the item at no cost to you and arrange for a replacement or refund.

International Returns:

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, as well as any customs duties or taxes incurred on the return shipment.
